Operate a computer-controlled gas chromatograph

The technician should be familiar with the operating system (Windows or Mac OS) running on the controlling computer, so as to be able to deal with software anomalies when archiving files or printing data. They should be able to reset instrument parameters upon a system crash, and be thoroughly familiar with the instrument control software.
